Three Bean salad with Sesame dressing
1 cup plus little more of boiled channa(garbanzo beans)
1 cup cooked rajma(kidney beans)
1 cup cooked black eyed beans(lobiya)
1/2 cup green beans chopped into 1" long pieces
1/4 cup of thinly sliced onions 1 inch long
3 table spoon olive oil
2 tea spoon sesame seeds
few sprigs of coriander leaves
small piece of ginger
2 small cloves of garlic
a small piece of green chilli
salt to taste
1 table spoon lime or lemon juice
Cook the beans covered in the microwave with little bit salt and sugar until it is soft.
Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Grind the dressing ingredients to a smooth paste. Add it to the salad and toss them thoroughly.
You can make this even more colourful by adding yellow and orange peppers, some tomatoes and corn.
